This is a senior leadership role focused on occupier office agency, spanning traditional leasing, flexible office solutions, project management, and building surveying. Key Responsibilities
- Lead occupier led sales activity across traditional office leasing and flexible workspace solutions
- Originate and convert high value instructions with UK and international occupiers
- Build and maintain long term relationships with senior decision makers including C suite and board level stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor on occupier strategy, workplace evolution, and portfolio decision making
- Drive cross selling across project management and building surveying services
