  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations and the delivery of property management services.
  • A thorough understanding of service charge budgets, governance and best practice.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site teams across multiple offices or regions.

  • A strong background in developing and maintaining high-value client relationships.
  • Experience leading operational performance, business improvement and change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage at board level.
  • Professional qualifications such as RICS, IWFM, IOSH or NEBOSH would be advantageous.
