An established and growing commercial property advisory firm is seeking an experienced Director level Project Manager to join its London team. The business specialises in occupier advisory, workplace strategy and office relocation services, delivering complex office fit out and workplace transformation projects for corporate clients. This opportunity sits within the firm’s Technical division and represents a key leadership hire. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping the strategic direction of the team while overseeing the delivery of major office fit out and refurbishment projects across London.
This position combines project delivery, client advisory and business leadership, making it well suited to an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a broader leadership role.
The Role
As a Director Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of large scale workplace and office fit out projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high quality execution and strong commercial performance. Alongside project delivery responsibilities, you will contribute to the wider growth of the business by strengthening client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and helping drive operational improvements within the Technical team.
