The Opportunity: If you're a facilities professional who takes real pride in the environments you manage and the people who work within them this could be exactly the right next step. We're partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly regarded organisation to find a Regional Facilities Manager who can bring operational rigour, genuine leadership, and commercial sharpness to a diverse and demanding commercial portfolio across the East Midlands. This isn't a desk-based role. You'll be visible, hands-on and at the heart of everything that keeps multiple sites running smoothly from day-to-day operations through to strategic improvement and project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing: You will take full ownership of facilities operations across the region, leading on-site teams and contractor relationships while ensuring every site meets the highest standards of safety, compliance and efficiency. Day to day, you'll be managing PPM programmes, controlling budgets, driving supplier performance, and acting as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders across the region. Beyond the operational remit, you will also play a key role in shaping how facilities management is delivered identifying efficiencies, overseeing refurbishments and fit-outs and continuously raising the bar across the portfolio.

What We're Looking For: You'll be an experienced FM professional with a proven track record across multi-site or regional operations ideally within commercial, retail, or logistics environments. You will know your way around health & safety legislation and be confident managing budgets and contracts and you'll have the people skills to bring teams and stakeholders along with you. Qualifications such as IWFM or NEBOSH would be a bonus, but what matters most is your attitude, your experience, and your ability to deliver.
