We're exclusively supporting a leading commercial property consultancy in the appointment of a Valuation Director to join its London office. This is a genuine leadership opportunity, offering the chance to become the Number 2 within the London Valuation business while leading an established team of six Commercial Valuation Surveyors.
The Role
- Leading and developing a team of six Commercial Valuation Surveyors.
- Delivering and overseeing commercial valuation instructions across office, industrial, retail, mixed use and development assets.
- Acting for investors, lenders, developers, funds and occupiers.
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Supporting fee generation and business development initiatives.
- Working alongside the Head of Valuation on the leadership, growth and direction of the London team.
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of valuation professionals.
About You
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
- Currently operating at Director level, or an ambitious Associate Director ready to step into a leadership role.
- Experienced in commercial valuations across a diverse property portfolio.
- A confident people manager with experience leading and developing surveyors.
- Commercially minded with a passion for building client relationships and growing a successful team.
