We're working on behalf of a leading UK commercial property owner with a multi billion pound portfolio spanning retail, office, industrial, logistics and mixed use assets.

As the business continues to expand its public sector partnerships and joint ventures, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Senior Asset Manager to join the team.

This is a rare opportunity to combine commercial asset management with public sector collaboration, working across a diverse portfolio where you'll help deliver both strong commercial performance and long term regeneration outcomes.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets held within public sector partnerships and joint ventures, helping to drive transactions, implement asset strategies and maximise value.

Key responsibilities include

  • Developing and delivering asset management strategies across retail, office, industrial and logistics assets.
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, regears and negotiations.
  • Working closely with local authorities, public sector organisations and joint venture partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance asset performance and unlock value.
  • Supporting acquisitions, disposals, redevelopment projects and regeneration initiatives.
  • Collaborating with investment, development and property management teams to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We're keen to speak with commercially minded asset managers who have experience operating across both the public and private sectors.

You'll ideally have

  • MRICS qualification.
  • Strong commercial asset management experience.
  • A solid understanding of working with local authorities, public sector organisations or public private partnerships.
  • Experience across retail, office, industrial or logistics property.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance financial performance alongside wider regeneration and partnership objectives.
