We are working with one of the most exciting and market leading specialist Consultancies in London, looking to appoint a Project Management Director to play a key role in the continued growth. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded team delivering some of London's most exciting occupier workplace projects, partnering with corporate clients from initial strategy through to project completion.
As a senior leader within the business, you will take ownership of major CAT B office fit out projects, build and develop client relationships, win new work, and help shape the future direction of the Project Management team.
The Role
As Project Management Director, you will lead the successful delivery of high value occupier CAT B office fit out projects across London, acting as the trusted adviser to clients throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. You will work closely with occupiers, landlords, consultants and contractors to deliver exceptional workplace environments while also supporting business development and mentoring the next generation of project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple CAT B office fit out projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing strategic project advice and leadership.
- Develop project programmes, procurement strategies and delivery plans.
- Manage consultant and contractor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee project budgets, risk management and cost control.
- Chair client meetings and provide regular project reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Build long term relationships with occupier clients across a range of sectors.

About You
We're looking for an experienced project management professional who enjoys building client relationships just as much as delivering exceptional projects. You will likely have:
- Significant experience delivering occupier CAT B office fit out projects within London.
- Consultancy experience within the commercial property sector.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, procurement and contract administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading client presentations and winning new business.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience mentoring and leading project teams.
- MRICS, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
