An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate MEP Project Manager to join a specialist Partner-led Cost & Project Management Consultancy that is investing heavily in the Data Centre sector. As an Associate MEP Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major Data Centre projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. You'll be involved across areas including:
- Leading and managing MEP workstreams across major Data Centre projects
- Managing project delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist MEP stakeholders
- Monitoring programme, cost, quality, risk and project performance
- Providing technical and commercial input throughout project delivery
- Supporting client relationships and acting as a trusted project advisor
- Managing project teams and developing junior members of the team
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Data Centre division
We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager/Senior MEP Project Manager with a strong background in complex construction projects and, ideally, Data Centre experience. You'll need:
- Strong MEP Project Management experience
- Experience delivering complex, technically demanding projects
- Data Centre experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of MEP design, construction and commissioning
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Commercial awareness and strong project controls
- The ambition to develop into a senior leadership position
