A leading UK commercial property consultancy is continuing to build on the success of its Licensed & Hospitality Operational Real Estate team and is now looking to appoint a Senior Director to lead on hotel transactions across the UK.
This is a senior, revenue driving role focused on the buying and selling of hotel assets, offering the opportunity to leverage an established platform while building and scaling your own client base.
You’ll be joining a market leading, national team, working alongside highly regarded specialists across agency, investment and advisory, while playing a key role in driving forward the firm’s hotels offering.
The Role- Lead on the acquisition and disposal of hotel assets across the UK
- Originate and convert new business opportunities through your existing network
- Advise a range of clients including owners, operators, investors and developers
- Structure and execute transactions from instruction through to completion
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver best in class advisory and deal execution
- Play a key role in the strategic growth of the Hotels & Hospitality team
- Proven track record in hotel brokerage, investment or operational real estate transactions
- Strong network across the Hotels & Hospitality sector
- Demonstrable ability to originate, win and deliver instructions
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of market dynamics
- Confident, credible and able to operate at a senior client facing level
- Self motivated, ambitious and driven to build and grow a business
