Our client is a progressive real estate consultancy based in London, recognised for its modern, forward‑thinking approach to commercial and residential property. The business partners with leading occupiers, landlords, and investors to deliver end‑to‑end real estate solutions — from office strategy and acquisition to project delivery and asset repositioning.

Following sustained success across its occupier advisory offering, the company is now launching a new investor‑focused division, supporting landlords and asset managers with the delivery of Cat A+, fitted, and repositioned space aligned with market demand. This appointment represents an opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team and play a defining role in shaping and scaling a brand‑new business unit from inception.

The Senior Director will take full ownership for building and leading this new division. Reporting directly into the board, you’ll have complete autonomy to develop the strategy, structure, and team required to deliver and grow the investor service line. You’ll lead major refurbishment and fit‑out projects, strengthen relationships with landlords and investors, and establish this new service as a core pillar of the wider consultancy’s growth strategy.

Given your experience, the role requires you to drive both strategic vision and tactical delivery across the new division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Lead the creation and growth of a new investor advisory division.
    • Define the strategic vision, commercial plan, and delivery model.
    • Take ownership of P&L, budgets, and overall business performance.
    • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align goals and growth targets.
    • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of project management professionals.
    • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

  • Project Delivery
    • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of investor‑side refurbishments, fit‑outs, and repositioning projects.
    • Manage key stakeholder relationships across landlords, developers, and consultants.
    • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, time, and budget control.
  • Client Development
    • Identify and secure new opportunities within the investor and landlord market.
    • Lead high‑value pitches and proposals to expand the client base.
    • Represent the business at industry events, roundtables, and thought leadership platforms.

You’ll be an experienced property professional with the credibility, vision, and leadership capability to build and grow a new division from the ground up.
