The business partners with leading occupiers, landlords, and investors to deliver end‑to‑end real estate solutions — from office strategy and acquisition to project delivery and asset repositioning.
Following sustained success across its occupier advisory offering, the company is now launching a new investor‑focused division, supporting landlords and asset managers with the delivery of Cat A+, fitted, and repositioned space aligned with market demand. This appointment represents an opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team and play a defining role in shaping and scaling a brand‑new business unit from inception.
The Senior Director will take full ownership for building and leading this new division. Reporting directly into the board, you’ll have complete autonomy to develop the strategy, structure, and team required to deliver and grow the investor service line. You’ll lead major refurbishment and fit‑out projects, strengthen relationships with landlords and investors, and establish this new service as a core pillar of the wider consultancy’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Lead the creation and growth of a new investor advisory division.
- Define the strategic vision, commercial plan, and delivery model.

- Client Development
- Identify and secure new opportunities within the investor and landlord market.
- Lead high‑value pitches and proposals to expand the client base.
