A leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an experienced and ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to lead the expansion of its Building Surveying offering in London. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to shape and grow a new London-based team, working alongside high-calibre professionals across multiple service lines. With established operations in East Anglia, Oxfordshire, Bristol, and Manchester, the business is now focused on strengthening its presence in the capital. The successful individual will have full autonomy to shape strategy, lead delivery, and drive business development, while collaborating closely with Planning, Project Management, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, lead, and grow a London-based Building Surveying team
