We're partnering with a luxury residential developer delivering some of the finest homes in the Cotswolds, a nine-home development with a combined GDV of £18m on completion. Their projects combine exceptional new-build properties with sensitive heritage and listed building renovations, creating homes that stand apart in both quality and character.

They are looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead this prestigious scheme through to handover.

This isn't a programme-chasing position. The end client will demand the highest standards, and the successful candidate will need to be equally comfortable with the commercial and programming side of the project as they are with the finishing detail. You'll take genuine ownership of the site from groundworks through to handover, driving quality at every stage.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across the full build programme
  • Driving quality standards across all trades and subcontractors
  • Maintaining programme and managing commercials without compromising on finish
  • Coordinating heritage, refurbishment and new-build elements across the scheme
  • Creating a professional, well-presented site culture
  • Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and presentation throughout

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential schemes
  • Strong background in listed buildings, heritage renovations and luxury new-build
  • Comfortable managing programme and commercials as well as on-site quality
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistently high finishing standards
  • Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
  • Someone who takes genuine pride in the finished product

This role will suit a Site Manager who is frustrated by volume housebuilding and wants to work on projects where craftsmanship, detail and quality genuinely matter.
