Joshua Robert is partnering with a Sussex-based residential developer to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor with full commercial ownership across three live mixed-use schemes, each with a development value up to £13m. This 12-month contract offers hybrid site-based working, up to £500 per day outside IR35.
You will own procurement strategy, manage subcontract packages from inception to close-out, produce monthly cost reports and CVRs, and report to senior leadership on portfolio.
