A new Property & Asset Management Consultancy is being launched with £1 million of committed backing from three highly connected investors with longstanding relationships across the UK Commercial Property market.
This is not a traditional Managing Director appointment.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial industry leader to build and scale a Property & Asset Management platform with genuine financial backing, strategic support and equity participation from day one.
The investors are seeking an established operator with the credibility, commercial mindset and market relationships to build a best in class consultancy focused on delivering a more proactive, commercially driven and relationship led service offering.
Importantly, the successful individual must be capable of bringing immediate commercial traction to the business through existing client relationships, live opportunities or transferable instructions.

The Role
As Founding Managing Director, you will lead the launch, growth and long term direction of the consultancy.
You will work directly alongside the investors to establish the client base, build the team, shape the culture and drive revenue growth from day one.
This is a highly entrepreneurial position suited to someone who wants to build a platform rather than simply manage an existing business line.
Responsibilities will include:
• Launching and scaling the Property & Asset Management business
• Winning and retaining Property Management and Asset Management mandates
• Leveraging existing relationships to generate immediate revenue opportunities
• Building a high performing team and leadership structure
• Developing institutional, private equity, fund and PropCo relationships
• Driving business development strategy and market positioning
• Establishing operational structures, reporting systems and service standards
• Working closely with investors on long term strategic growth initiatives
• Supporting future expansion, acquisitions or complementary service lines
About You
This role requires an established industry operator with both leadership capability and proven commercial relationships.
The successful individual will likely already possess:
• An existing client or instruction capable of transferring or generating revenue from launch
• A strong industry black book across Investors, Funds, PropCos, Developers or Family Offices
• Proven business development and fee generation capability
• Experience leading Property Management and/or Asset Management teams
• Strong market credibility within Commercial Property
• Entrepreneurial ambition and desire to build a business long term
• Ability to attract talent and build high performing teams
• MRICS qualification preferred
