The Role
- Taking senior responsibility for a high-profile commercial portfolio across the Midlands, spanning office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for institutional and private clients, providing strategic advice on asset performance and value enhancement.
- Leading on service charge management, budgeting, and financial oversight across the portfolio.
- Driving strategic asset management initiatives, going well beyond day-to-day management to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
- Playing an active role in business development, identifying opportunities, attending pitches, and helping to grow the firm's client base.
- Working closely with facilities management, accounting, and wider professional teams.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior and mid-level surveyors within the team.
- Contributing to the firm's strategic direction as part of the senior leadership group.
What You'll Need
- MRICS qualified, essential.
- Significant experience in commercial property management, with a track record of operating at or close to Director level.
- A strong and credible client network across the Midlands commercial market.
- Demonstrable experience advising on complex, high-value instructions across mixed commercial portfolios.
