Director of Design & Build - Project Management (Greater London)

Are you an experienced project management leader ready to spearhead the launch and growth of a cutting-edge investor service line within a fast-growing commercial real estate consultancy?

We are partnering with an award-winning London-based consultancy that’s transforming how businesses and landlords navigate the commercial office market. Already a market leader on the occupier side, they are now expanding into investor services — supporting landlords with CAT A+ & CAT B+ fitted office solutions, and large-scale refurbishments to reposition assets for today’s occupier demand.

To lead this exciting new chapter, they are hiring a Director, Design & Build Project Management , reporting directly to the executive team.

The Role:

• Shape and lead the growth strategy for the investor-focused service line.
• Oversee delivery of high-profile fit-out, refurbishment, and repositioning projects across London and the UK.
• Drive commercial success, managing P&L, pipeline, and operational performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with landlords, developers, asset managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Champion the brand at industry events, pitch major projects, and win new business.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally spanning both occupier and landlord-side projects.
• Strong network within the landlord, asset management, and developer communities.
• Proven ability to scale service lines or grow teams in a commercial setting.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with outstanding leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen — comfortable managing financials, pipeline, and delivery performance.
