Data Centres | Cost & Project Management Consultancy
Location: London (hybrid, with site travel as required)
Salary - £60,000 - £90,000 DOE

Reports To: Associate Director/Director
The Role
Join a leading cost and project management consultancy at the sharp end of the data centre boom. You'll run PM delivery on live data centre schemes for blue-chip operators and developers β from feasibility through to handover β with real client exposure and a clear path to Associate Director. What Youβll Own
- Lead project management delivery across design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases of data centre projects.
- Manage programme, budget, risk and quality on behalf of the client, chairing progress and design meetings.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams β architects, engineers, contractors and specialist DC consultants.
- Own client relationships day-to-day, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Produce and present monthly reports, risk registers and programme updates to senior stakeholders.
- Support business development β proposals, fee bids and growing existing client accounts.
What Youβll Bring
- 5+ years' project management experience within construction or fit-out; data centre or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
- Consultancy background, or client-side/contractor experience with a clear grasp of the consultancy model.
- Confident running project teams and client relationships with minimal oversight.
- Strong grasp of RIBA stages, procurement routes and construction risk.
- Degree in a relevant built environment discipline; MRICS, APM or PMP (or working towards) preferred.
Bonus Points
- Direct hyperscale or colocation data centre delivery experience.
- Exposure to MEP-heavy or critical infrastructure projects (power, cooling, fit-out).
- Experience working with international operators or on multi-site programmes.
