The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day property and asset management of a portfolio of high-profile commercial assets across Manchester, ensuring operational excellence while driving value creation.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships across a premium commercial portfolio.
  • Driving asset management initiatives to maximise income and enhance capital value.
  • Overseeing lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, regears, and negotiations.
  • Working alongside external managing agents, consultants, and professional advisors.
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets and operational expenditure.
  • Identifying value-add opportunities through refurbishment, leasing strategies, and active asset management.
  • Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and wider investment initiatives where required.
  • Producing asset performance reports and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance, risk management, and best practice across the portfolio.

About You

You'll ideally have

  • MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification).
  • Experience within commercial property management, asset management, or a combination of both.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.

  • The ability to build lasting relationships with occupiers, agents, and stakeholders.
