The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial property business in the Midlands to appoint an ambitious Asset Manager with a strong focus on deals, acquisitions, disposals and development.

This is a client-side opportunity offering genuine exposure to the full property lifecycle.

You'll play a key role in identifying value-add opportunities, driving transactions, supporting development projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and disposal opportunities.
