The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, standards, and protocols to support design and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities Lead BIM delivery on large-scale projects across infrastructure, industrial, rail, airport, and data centre sectorsManage BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirementsOversee model federation, clash detection, and coordination using Revit and supporting softwareProvide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring consistency of standards and workflowsLiaise with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful digital collaborationSupport training, mentoring, and upskilling of internal staff in BIM processes and technologiesEnsure project data and digital assets are correctly managed, maintained, and delivered to client standardsSkills & Experience Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead on major projects in infrastructure, industrial, rail, aviation, or data centre sectorsAdvanced Revit expertise, with knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM-related toolsStrong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM protocols, and digital project delivery requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with client stakeholdersDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is desirable; professional accreditations (e.g., BRE BIM, RICS BIM Manager, ICE/CIAT/ARB membership) advantageousWhat\’s on Offer Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsOpportunity to lead digital delivery on high-profile UK and international projectsProfessional development, training, and clear career progressionHybrid working with flexibility across regional officesSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function ConsultingIndustries Architecture and PlanningWe\’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
