A leading UK consultancy is seeking an Associate level Project Manager to join its established and growing Bristol team. This is a senior, client facing role offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across Commercial, Healthcare, Defence, Education and Local Authority sectors. You will take full ownership of multiple projects from inception through to completion, while playing a key role in client management and the development of junior team members. This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager or an Associate seeking a platform for long‑term progression within a highly regarded consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects across Commercial, NHS, MOD, University and County Council sectors
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage projects from feasibility and business case through to completion and handover
  • Oversee cost, programme, procurement, risk and governance
  • Chair project meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Line‑manage and mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Support business development activity including bids and proposals
  • Ensure best practice project controls and governance at all times

About You

  • Degree qualified in a construction or built environment discipline
  • Ideally MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership
  • Consultancy‑based Project Management background
  • Proven track record delivering projects within Commercial, Healthcare, Defence, Education or Public Sector environments
  • Strong client management and leadership skills
  • Commercially aware and delivery focused
