About the Role:

This role involves overseeing a large and diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring optimal financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and asset value growth. You will play a key role in strategic asset management, lease negotiations, and stakeholder engagement while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio across commercial, residential, industrial, and retail properties.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise asset performance.
- Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and service charge management.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all properties.

- Proven experience in property portfolio management.
