I'm working with a well-regarded building consultancy that's on the lookout for exceptional project managers. They're delivering a strong pipeline of commercial office projects across London, from ground-up new builds and heavy "cut and carve" refurbishments to high-end Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.
They want strong, motivated Senior Project Managers ready to push on, or newly promoted Associate Directors looking for a platform to grow. If you're good, they'll make room for you.

What you'll be doing
- Leading projects from inception through to completion
- Managing the client relationship and the wider professional team
- Overseeing programme, cost, risk and reporting
- Navigating the challenges of working with existing structures on cut and carve schemes
- Delivering Cat A and Cat B fit-outs to demanding occupier and landlord briefs
- Supporting and developing junior team members
What you'll bring
- Project management experience on London commercial office projects
- Exposure to new build, major refurbishment or fit-out work, ideally a mix
- A degree in a construction-related discipline, with MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB a plus
- Confidence in front of clients and the drive to keep progressing
