We are working with a highly regarded property consultancy in Winchester who are looking to appoint a Valuation Surveyor at Senior, Associate, or Associate Partner level to support and further develop their valuation offering.
This role is suited to an experienced MRICS-qualified valuation surveyor with strong technical capability who is looking for progression, increased responsibility, or a platform to step into a more senior position.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of commercial valuation work, including:
- Commercial valuations for secured lending, accounts, and internal purposes
- Preparing Red Book–compliant valuation reports across a range of asset classes
- Managing instructions from initial appointment through to completion
- Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, clients, and professional contacts
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
At Associate Partner level, there will be an opportunity to:
- Play a strategic role in developing the valuation service line
- Assist with key client relationships and fee generation
- Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- MRICS qualified with proven post-qualification experience in commercial valuation
- Comfortable managing complex instructions independently
- Commercially minded with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Local or regional market knowledge of Hampshire and the South East advantageous
