Senior Disrepair Surveyor £52,000 + Agile Working + Private Healthcare West Midlands An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join a well-regarded housing organisation in the West Midlands. The role is to lead a small team of three Surveyors within the Responsive Repairs team, taking ownership of complex and high-priority cases including damp and mould, disrepair, and major building defects. Key duties: Leading and supporting a team of Surveyors to achieve service and quality targets Managing complex repairs including damp and mould and disrepair cases Carrying out surveys, inspections and technical investigations Preparing reports, schedules of work and specifications Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of repairs Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction What’s on offer: Salary of £52,000 per annum Agile working Private healthcare and a strong overall benefits package Opportunity to play a leading role in service delivery and technical improvement
