Job Role – Residential Property Manager – ATPI Location – Bristol Employment Type - Full-time Salary - £35,000 + Car Allowance    Our client is a dynamic and growing property management firm committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients and tenants. With a diverse portfolio of properties, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence.   The Role   We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of property care and tenant satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties Understanding of leases and service charge Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and quality control Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and safety Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial reporting Liaise with vendors, contractors, and legal professionals as needed Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager or similar role ATPI Qualification  Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM) are a plus A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression Company phone  Flexible working arrangements where possible
