A leading client-side property management business is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager for a contract or temporary assignment overseeing a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties across Birmingham.

This is a key interim role ideal for a hands-on, proactive FM professional who can hit the ground running and maintain high standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple commercial sites.
  • Oversee service providers for delivery of both hard and soft FM services.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with health & safety regulations and internal standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor PPM schedules, budget adherence, and service charge reporting.
  • Support ongoing sustainability and asset improvement initiatives where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-site FM management within commercial property.
  • Sound understanding of building operations, compliance, and contractor oversight.
  • Strong communicator with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
  • Relevant FM or H&S qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM) are desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally.
