Job Role – Part Time Project Administrator Location – Peterborough Salary – £30,000 DOE Hours – 28 Hours per week 4/5 Days – Hybrid The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient administration of the relevant projects within the Region. Duties will centre on project administration, preparation of reports, attending and producing of meeting minutes, arranging of meetings and general communications with internal and external parties. Maintain an up-to-date register of all Project related Complaints/Compliments, send the information to the relevant Service Provider and chase responses to complaints, following the timescales agreed with the client. Maintain an up-to-date register of all Variations including enquiries received and responses submitted, send the information to the relevant Service Provider and chase responses as required. Maintain schedules for insurance incidents, claims, variations and other project processes. Ad hoc duties will include Deal with ad hoc enquiries for information. Undertake other duties as requested by the General Manager, Directors and site teams Work collaboratively with other companies in the Project and provide support where appropriate. Assist with the induction process of any new staff members joining the team. Arrange meetings and co-ordinate diaries for meetings as required by the General Managers. Essential Skills Taking meeting minutes Arranging meetings including booking venues and hospitality Editing and creating reports and presentations Planning, organisational and general administrative skills Solid IT literacy (MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to work methodically and to deadlines Good interpersonal skills
