We are working with a well-regarded property consultancy who are looking to appoint a Part-Time Valuation Surveyor to support their established commercial valuation team. This role would suit an MRICS-qualified surveyor seeking part-time or flexible working, or an experienced valuation surveyor looking to reduce hours while continuing to work on a varied and high-quality instruction base.
The Role
- Undertaking commercial valuation work across a broad range of property types, including:
- Commercial valuations for secured lending, accounts, and internal purposes
- Inspection and reporting on a variety of commercial assets
- Preparing Red Book compliant valuation reports
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and internal teams as required
- Managing instructions efficiently within agreed timescales
