A well‐established bespoke joinery business in Evesham is seeking an experienced Joinery CAD, Planning & Workshop Manager to oversee day‐to‐day workshop operations and manage projects from enquiry through to manufacture and installation. This is a hands‐on leadership role, managing a small skilled team while taking ownership of planning, CAD, and production scheduling.

The Role

  • Day-to-day management of the joinery workshop
  • Lead and supervise a small workshop team
  • Plan workloads, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines
  • Produce AutoCAD drawings and cutting lists
  • Manage materials purchasing and suppliers
  • Co‐ordinate projects from enquiry through to installation
  • Liaise with customers on designs, specifications, and timelines
  • Carry out site measurements when required
  • Ensure health & safety standards are consistently maintained

The Ideal Candidate

  • Joinery or construction background (essential)
  • AutoCAD experience (essential)
  • Experience managing or supervising a small team
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with customers and suppliers
  • Able to manage multiple bespoke projects
