We are working with a major client-side organisation seeking to appoint a Head of Facilities Management to lead a large, in-house FM function. This is a senior role with genuine scope. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the FM operation while also setting and delivering the longer-term FM strategy across a substantial property portfolio.

The role will involve:

  • Leading, developing, and motivating a large in-house FM team
  • Full responsibility for hard and soft FM delivery across the estate
  • Hands-on oversight of key sites, critical issues, and major works
  • Setting FM strategy aligned to wider business objectives
  • Managing budgets, procurement, and supplier performance
