We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy in London that is looking to add an Asset Management Surveyor to its established team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on high-quality assets for major clients within a well-regarded firm.
The position focuses on the asset management of commercial property portfolios, advising clients on income growth, value enhancement and long-term strategy. Responsibilities will include:
