Job Title – Labourer (Ladder Association Certified)
Location – Cheltenham
Salary – £20.00 – £25.00 per hour
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our clients team on an (temporary basis initially. The successful candidate must hold a valid Ladder Association certificate and be confident working at height in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general site labouring tasks
  • Safely use ladders for access and tasks at height
  • Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow site safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid Ladder Association Certificate (Essential)
  • Previous experience as a labourer or similar role
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • CSCS card
