About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Building Surveyor to join a fast-growing consultancy working with some of the world’s most recognised brands. This is a home-based role covering Cumbria and surrounding areas, supporting large-scale contracts across the public sector and retail portfolios.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality surveys across a broad range of sites – from local authority buildings to national retail estates. The role offers genuine flexibility, long-term security, and the chance to be part of a business experiencing exceptional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of building surveys across commercial and public sector properties
- Produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Support lifecycle planning, condition reporting, and compliance reviews

- Work independently from home, with regional travel as needed
