They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Project Management & Building Surveying to lead a team of professionals. This is a senior leadership role, pivotal in driving the successful delivery of our construction and refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, building surveying, and asset management within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project management and building surveying functions across the business.
- Project Delivery: Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
