Salary: £25,000 £32,000 (DOE) + Benefits + APC Support

Our client is currently looking to expand their Asset & Property Management team with the addition of a bright, driven Graduate Property/Asset Manager.
You ll be supporting senior asset and property managers in delivering exceptional service to clients, helping manage diverse property portfolios including commercial and residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in day-to-day management of properties across the portfolio
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and stakeholders
• Preparing service charge budgets and assisting with lease management
• Coordinating property inspections and compliance tasks
• Supporting with reporting, valuations, and asset performance reviews
• Gaining exposure to investment and asset strategy work

What our client is Looking For:

• A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying or a related field
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A keen interest in commercial property, asset strategy, and client service
• Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with property software a plus
