About the Role
As Frameworks & Standards Manager, you'll work within the Corporate Programme Office to strengthen the organisation's project delivery framework. You won't be managing a team β instead, you'll lead through influence, collaboration, and technical expertise. This is an ideal next step for someone currently in a PMO Analyst, Project Support, or Delivery Assurance role, who's ready to shape delivery standards at the organisational level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and embedding frameworks, governance models, and best practice
- Supporting project and programme teams through training, advice, and peer review
- Leading the development of planning, risk, benefit realisation, and business case guidance
- Measuring Centre of Excellence impact through KPIs and performance metrics
- Providing expert input into project reviews, peer assists, and stage gate processes
- Promoting consistency, continuous improvement, and capability building
What Weβre Looking For
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, Praxis)
- Strong experience supporting or delivering projects/programmes, ideally within a PMO
- Excellent knowledge of risk, planning, business cases, and benefit management
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering training or mentoring is a bonus
- Familiarity with MoP, MSP, or P3O frameworks is advantageous but not essential
