About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance & Health & Safety Administrator to support their compliance, regulatory and H&S activities. This role is essential in ensuring that company policies, procedures, and records meet legal and organisational standards, while helping to promote a strong culture of health and safety across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update compliance and Health & Safety documentation
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and internal policies
- Support risk assessments, method statements and safety audits
- Track training records, certifications, and renewals
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
- Coordinate H&S meetings and prepare reports and minutes
- Liaise with internal teams and external bodies as required
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely reporting
About You
- Previous experience in a compliance, H&S, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations (e.g. COSHH, RIDDOR - desirable)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and professional approach to work
Desirable (but not essential)
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification or working towards one
- Experience in property sector would be preferred
- Familiarity with audits and regulatory inspections
