The Opportunity
A leading UK consultancy is looking to appoint a Director of Building Surveying to head up and grow their Newcastle team. This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to shape strategy, manage a diverse client base, and drive delivery across a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Newcastle Building Surveying team, ensuring delivery of first-class professional and project services.
- Take ownership of client relationships and actively drive new business development across the region.
- Provide technical expertise on building surveying instructions including dilapidations, surveys, contract administration, party wall, due diligence, and project monitoring.
