About the Role

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Lead/Head of HRBP/Deputy Director to join their business and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy. This position is ideal for a senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, or People Lead ready to take the next step into a board-level HR leadership role. You\’ll partner closely with the executive team to drive organisational performance through people, culture, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all strategic HR and people matters.
  • Support the development and delivery of the company\’s HR strategy, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion programmes.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to managers and HR colleagues.
  • Use people analytics to drive insight-led decisions and measure impact.
  • Contribute to shaping a high-performance culture across the organisation.

About You:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in a senior HRBP/Head of HR role, with exposure to strategic HR leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior levels.
  • Demonstrable experience in organisational change, talent strategy, and culture development.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to link people strategy to business performance.
  • Ambitious, with the drive to progress into a full HR Director position.
