A major UK property company is looking to hire a Building Surveyor with 2–5 years of experience to join their in-house team. This is a client-side role offering a wide variety of work across a multi-billion-pound commercial property portfolio.

You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative team that actively supports APC candidates and offers long-term career progression.
The Role: Working directly with the property and asset management teams, you\’ll be involved in:
Refurbishments, CAT A/B fit-outs and improvement works
Planned maintenance programmes and asset upgrades
Dilapidations and tenant negotiations
Building inspections, surveys, and technical due diligence
Supporting investment, acquisition, and disposal strategies You’ll work closely with senior surveyors and asset managers, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial assets.
What They’re Looking For:
2–5 years of Building Surveying experience (consultancy or client side)
Ideally on your APC pathway (or recently qualified)
Experience in commercial property is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to learn, get stuck in, and take on responsibility What’s on Offer:
£35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
