Job Role – Business Operational Lead Location – Central London – Near Liverpool Station Salary – £50,000 – £60,000 DOE Job Type – Permanent About the Role We\’re looking for an Operations Lead to take ownership of business operations, ensuring the company is set up for sustainable growth. You\’ll drive performance through process improvements, project delivery and strategic operational planning, supporting the leadership team as our client continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Oversee compliance, GDPR, and AML procedures. Lead workplace and facilities management, including any office moves. Improve operational efficiency and manage departmental budgets. Partner with leadership on company-wide projects and strategy sessions. Manage supplier relationships, technology adoption, and cross functional initiatives. Support change management and continuous improvement efforts. About You Experienced in business operations and project management. Skilled in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Knowledge of financial processes, compliance, and change management. Familiar with systems like Xero or HubSpot (advantageous). Enjoys problem solving, organisation, and driving business impact. Working Style This role is primarily office based, with flexibility for remote working one day per week.
