An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading independent commercial property consultancies, working within a highly regarded, specialist team responsible for some of the most prestigious and high-value commercial properties in the market.

This is not your typical property management role. You'll be working with prime, landmark commercial assets, managing high-quality buildings on behalf of major institutional investors, property funds and high-profile landlords. Think flagship office buildings, prestigious city centre developments, premium commercial spaces and significant investment assets.

The portfolio is characterised by its quality, value and profile, offering the opportunity to work on some genuinely impressive properties where the expectations around service delivery, presentation and asset performance are exceptionally high.

You’ll be joining an established, high-performing team of property professionals, working alongside some of the industry's most respected specialists and gaining direct exposure to sophisticated investment clients.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of high-value commercial assets, ensuring the highest standards of property management, tenant experience and client service. This is a genuinely client-facing position, requiring a commercially astute property professional who understands the expectations associated with managing prime investment properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of a prestigious portfolio of high-value, prime commercial properties.
  • Building strong relationships with institutional investors, property funds and high-profile landlord clients.
  • Delivering an exceptional standard of property management, reflecting the quality and profile of the assets.
  • Overseeing significant service charge budgets, expenditure and financial performance.
  • Managing relationships with high-profile commercial occupiers and ensuring an excellent tenant experience.
  • Providing strategic advice on asset performance, operational improvements and opportunities to enhance value.
  • Preparing detailed financial, operational and performance reports for investment clients.
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters, lease obligations, rent collection and tenant applications.
  • Working closely with specialist teams across Building Surveying, Facilities Management, Sustainability and Asset Management.
  • Supporting rent reviews, lease renewals, refurbishment programmes and wider asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of a highly regarded property management team.

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious and polished commercial property professional who enjoys working with high-quality assets and demanding, sophisticated clients. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A strong background in commercial property management.
  • Confidence dealing directly with senior clients, occupiers and professional advisers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with consistently high professional standards.
  • MRICS qualification preferred, although relevant experience will also be considered.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

The real attraction here is the quality of the assets, the calibre of the clients and the strength of the team. This is an opportunity to step away from more conventional, volume-driven property management and focus on a portfolio where quality, professionalism and exceptional service genuinely matter.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Outstanding properties: Exposure to some of the market's most prestigious, high-value commercial assets.
  • High-profile clients: Direct relationships with major institutional investors, investment funds and leading property owners.
  • An exceptional team: Work alongside highly experienced, respected property professionals within a collaborative, top-tier environment.
  • Genuine responsibility: Significant autonomy, ownership of client relationships and the opportunity to influence asset performance.
  • Career progression: A business with an excellent reputation, a strong pipeline of instructions and clear opportunities for advancement.
  • Excellent benefits: Competitive salary, bonus, regular salary reviews, hybrid working, flexible hours, healthcare, life insurance, enhanced annual leave and additional Christmas leave.

If you’re an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to elevate the quality of your portfolio, work with prestigious clients and establish yourself within a genuinely first-class team, we’d be keen to speak with you. All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence.
