This role involves making and receiving telephone calls with members of the public, providing information, support, and guidance in a professional and empathetic manner.\\n  \\n This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a strong telephone manner, and can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.\\n  \\n Key Responsibilities\\n \\nMaking outbound and handling inbound telephone calls with members of the public \\nProviding clear, accurate information while delivering excellent customer service \\nListening carefully to customers and responding with empathy and understanding \\nManaging sensitive or challenging conversations in a professional manner \\nAccurately recording call details and updating systems \\nMeeting individual and team performance targets \\nWorking effectively as part of a busy customer service team About You\\n \\nConfident and professional telephone manner \\nNaturally empathetic with strong listening skills \\nAble to communicate clearly and calmly \\nComfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment \\nGood attention to detail and basic IT skills \\nPrevious customer service or call-handling experience is desirable but not essential
