The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied commercial portfolio on behalf of institutional and private clients, working across office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets. The role offers real autonomy, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to be involved in strategic asset management initiatives rather than purely day-to-day management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of high-profile commercial assets across the Midlands
- Building and maintaining strong client and occupier relationships
- Service charge management and budgeting oversight
- Working closely with facilities management and accounting teams
- Advising clients on value enhancement and asset performance
- Supporting business development and client growth opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development
About You
- MRICS qualified (preferred)
