About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Asset Administrator to support the Asset Management team. This role focuses on coordinating the handover of new build properties and ensuring all asset and compliance data is accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the handover of new build assets from Development
- Ensure all certification and compliance information is complete and accurate
- Create and update asset records on the asset management database
- Populate key component and compliance information from property documentation (NPIP)
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Asset Management team
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure processes are followed correctly
- Escalate missing or incorrect compliance information to relevant specialists
