This one is about craftsmanship. We're working with an award-winning luxury residential developer delivering some of the finest homes in the Cotswolds. Their projects combine exceptional new-build properties with sensitive heritage and listed building renovations, creating homes that stand apart in both quality and detail. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead the next phase of a prestigious £12m, six-home development in Avening. This role requires far more than simply managing trades and hitting milestones. We're looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of a site, has a meticulous eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional finished product. You'll be responsible for: ✔ Managing day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover ✔ Driving quality standards across all trades and subcontractors ✔ Maintaining programme while never compromising on finish ✔ Coordinating heritage, refurbishment and new-build elements ✔ Creating a positive, professional site culture ✔ Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and presentation What we're looking for: 🔹 Proven experience delivering high-end residential developments 🔹 Strong background in listed buildings, heritage renovations and luxury new-build homes 🔹 Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills 🔹 A reputation for quality, attention to detail and accountability 🔹 Someone who genuinely cares about the finished product and takes pride in their work This opportunity would suit a Site Manager who is frustrated by volume housebuilding and wants to work on projects where quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly valued.
