An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join one of the UK's most respected property consultancies within its established Commercial Valuations team in Cambridge.
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial property valuations across Cambridgeshire and the wider Eastern region, working with a broad client base that includes lenders, investors, public sector organisations, educational institutions and private clients.

The Role
- Undertake commercial property valuations for loan security, financial reporting, tax and internal decision-making purposes.
- Inspect a wide variety of commercial assets across multiple sectors.
- Carry out market analysis, comparable research and due diligence investigations.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards.
- Support the delivery of large-scale valuation projects for public sector and educational clients.
- Build and develop client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the valuation offering across the Eastern region.
- Work closely with colleagues across planning, development, rural and wider commercial property teams.
About You
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
- Experience within commercial property valuation, either post-qualification or through a strong APC background.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of valuation methodologies.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Motivated to develop your career within a leading national property consultancy.
- Full UK driving licence.
