The Opportunity
A leading multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced
Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate projects across sectors including offices, industrial, mixed use, life sciences and public sector developments.
You'll lead projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects through all stages of delivery, from feasibility to completion.
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors.
- Chair project, design and client meetings.
- Monitor project performance against programme, budget and quality objectives.
- Manage procurement processes and construction contracts.
- Produce clear and concise reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Assist with business development and identifying opportunities for future work.
About You
- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS, MAPM or working towards professional accreditation.
- Consultancy experience delivering commercial property projects.
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and procurement routes.
- Excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.
Desirable Experience
- Commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Capital projects across a range of asset types.
- Experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
- Previous mentoring or leadership responsibilities.
