A leading UK commercial property consultancy is looking to appoint a Director within its London Valuation team, focused on delivering high quality advice across a broad range of commercial assets. This is a key senior hire within an established and well regarded team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, lead on instructions and play a central role in the continued growth of the valuation offering.
You’ll be working across a diverse client base including lenders, investors, funds and property companies, providing strategic valuation advice across office, retail and industrial assets, as well as more complex mixed use portfolios.
The Role
- Lead on the delivery of commercial valuation instructions across London and the wider South East
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients including banks, funds and investors
- Undertake valuations for loan security, financial reporting and advisory purposes
- Support and drive business development activity, identifying new opportunities
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Work closely with wider service lines to provide integrated client solutions
What We're Looking For
- MRICS qualified with significant experience in commercial valuations
- Strong track record delivering valuations for lending and institutional clients
- Existing client relationships and ability to generate new business
- Commercially minded with strong market awareness
- Confident leading instructions and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Ambitious and driven to step into or continue operating at Director level
